1. Agreement
This agreement is between you and Sugar Daddy Community, the operator of sugardaddycommunity.com (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms and the documents they incorporate.
2. Network architecture and shared services
Sugar Daddy Community is independently branded. During its initial launch, the Service temporarily partners with SugarDaddyMeet (“SDM”), sharing its member database and using its existing verification, moderation and technical systems.
- Shared member services. Subject to your choices and the Privacy Policy, profile information, photographs, preferences and account data may be hosted, synchronized with or made available through shared infrastructure operated with SDM and participating services.
- Cross-network discovery. Eligible members may be able to discover and communicate with profiles originating on Sugar Daddy Community or participating services within the shared network.
- Moderation and safety. Technical signals and submitted content may be reviewed using shared fraud-prevention, moderation and enforcement tools. These measures reduce certain risks but do not confirm identity or guarantee conduct.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old, legally able to enter a contract and not barred from using the Service under applicable law. Information about your age and identity must be substantially accurate.
4. Accounts
Use only your own photographs and information, keep access credentials secure and notify support of suspected unauthorized use. You may not impersonate another person, create deceptive accounts or misrepresent your age.
5. Conduct
You must communicate respectfully and honor another person’s refusal or silence. You may not harass, threaten, discriminate, stalk, exploit, blackmail or pressure anyone; request or send money as a condition of attention; promote financial schemes; distribute intimate content without consent; or use the Service for commercial recruitment or unlawful activity.
Meetings and personal relationships are choices between users. The Service does not provide companions, guarantee dates, promise financial outcomes or direct personal relationships.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant the operator and its service partners a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, format and transmit it as needed to operate, secure and provide the Service and permitted cross-network features. You must have the rights and permissions required for everything you submit.
7. Review and enforcement
The operator and its service partners may review submissions and reports, request information, warn users, limit visibility, suspend access or terminate accounts. Review is not continuous monitoring and does not confirm identity, employment, finances, history, compatibility or future behavior. Some enforcement details may remain private.
8. Safety
You are responsible for your decisions and meetings. Follow the Safety Guide, meet publicly, use independent transportation and protect financial information. Contact an appropriate emergency service if anyone is in immediate danger.
9. Intellectual property
The original site design, copy, brand marks and software are owned by or licensed to the operator. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer or republish substantial portions except where law permits.
10. Availability
Features may change, pause or end, and reasonable usage limits may apply. No promise is made that every feature will always be available or error-free. Material changes to these terms will be identified by a revised effective date and any notice required by law.
11. Disclaimers
Profiles and user statements may be incomplete or inaccurate. To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as available without guarantees of matches, meetings, compatibility or conduct. Nothing excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the Service or interactions between users. Nothing limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Ending access
You may stop using the Service and request account closure. The operator may restrict or end access for breach, legal risk, safety risk, prolonged inactivity or discontinuation. Provisions intended to survive closure remain effective.
14. Disputes
These terms are governed by the law applicable to the operator’s establishment, without removing mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear a dispute.
